    ብመሰረት ትእዛዝ ፕረዚደንት ኢሰያስን፡ ብምውህሃድ ኮለኔል ተስፋልደት ሃብተስላሰን ዝተኻየደ 113 ናይ ፖለቲካ እሱራት ብ13 ታሕሳስ 2008 ናብ እምባትካላ ዝርከብ ጸልማት ቤት ማእሰርቲ ከምዝገዓዙ ምንጭታትና ሓቢሮም። እዚ ምግዕዓዝ እሱራት፡ መሳኹተን ብመጋረጃ ዝተሸፈነ ኣርባእተ ኣውቶቡሳት ፡ ብጽኑዕ ሓለዋ እንዳተሰነያ፡ ጸልማት ጉልባብ ብምግባር ብለይቲ እዩ ተኻዪዱ። ካብዞም ናይ ፖለቲካ እሱራት እቶም ክልተ፡ ቅድሚ'ቲ ፍጻመ 10 መዓልቲ፡ ካብ ካርቸሊ (ካልኣይ መደበር ፖሊስ ኣስመራ ዝነበረ) ናብ ቤት ማእሰርቲ ማይተመናይ ብመደብ ተሰጋጊሮም ከምዝጸንሑ፡ ዝበጸሓና ዜና ይገልጽ። ንሳቶም ድማ፦

    1. ጋዜጠኛ ዳዊት ይስሃቅ ሽወደናዊ ዜግነት ዘለዎ፡ ኣዳላዊ ናይ ብሕቲ ጋዜጣ ሰቲት ዝነበረ፡

    2. ተጋዳሊት ኣስቴር ዮሃንስ፡ በዓልቲ ቤት ሚኒስተር ሃብቲ ዓሳ ነበር ኣቶ ጴጥሮስ ሰለሙን (ኣባል ጉጅለ15 ኮይኑ ካብ ዕለት 18/09/2001 ኣትሒዙ ኣብ ቤት ማእሰርቲ ዘሎ) እዮም።

    ተጋዳሊት ኣስቴር ዮሃንስ፡ በዓል ቤታ ሚኒስተር ሃብቲ ዓሳ ነበር ኣቶ ጴጥሮስ ሰለሙን ምስተኣስረ፡ ካብ ኣመሪካ ሰለስተ ደቃ ከተዕቢ ወሲና ናብ ኤርትራ ብ11 ታሕሳስ 2003 ምስተመልሰት፡ ገጽ ደቃ ከይረኣየት ካብ መዓርፎ ነፈርቲ ኣስመራ ብቐጥታ ናብ ቤት ማእሰርቲ እያ ተወሲዳ። ብተወሳኺ፥ ለተናል ካልኣይ ደረጃ መዓርግ ዘለዎ ኣማኑኤል ፍስሃየ፡ ኣባል ሓይሊ ኣየር ፓይለት ዝነበረ፡ ካፕተን ሳልሕ ኣሕመድ፡ ኣባል ሓይሊ ኣየር ዝነበረ፡ እዞም ክልተ ኣባላት ሓይሊ ኣየር ዝነበሩ፡ ንስርዓት ህግደፍ ብምቅዋም ንስደት ናብ ሃገረ ሱዳን ወጺኦም። ለተናል ኣማኑኤል ፍስሃየ ብጥቅምቲ 2007 ካብ ከሰላ፡ ካፕተን ሳልሕ ኣሕመድ ድማ ብሰነ 2006 ካብ ፖርት ሱዳን ደም ኣ'ኑር፡ ብስለያ መንግስቲ ኤርትራን ምትሕብባር ገለ ኣባላት ጸጥታ መንግስቲ ሱዳንን፡ ካብ ሱዳን ተጨውዮም፡ ኣብ ቤት ማእሰርቲ ማይ ተመናይ ክሳቐዩ ከምዝጸንሑ ምንጭታትና ሓቢሮም። ዓሊ መሓመድ ብ1976 ዝተሰለፈ ገዲም ተጋዳላይ፥ ኣብ ንኡስ ዞባ ገለብ ሽዕብ ጀንገሬን ብሓላፍነት ኣመሓዳሪ ዝሰርሕ ዝነበረ ብ2002 ተኣሲሩ ክሳቐ ዝጸንሐ ዜጋ እዩ። ዝርዝር ናይቶም ዝተረፉ 5 ካልኦት እሱራት፡ ብሓፈሹኡ ድማ ዕላማ ናይዚ ምግዕዓዝ እሱራት መደብ ብዝርዝር ዝፍለጥ እካ እንተዘይኮነ፡ ናብ ዝኸፍአ ስቓይን መከራን ከምዝኾነ ግን ንምግማቱ ኣየጸግምን።
