Il vicesindaco Riccardo De Corato esprime «piena solidarietà alle forze dell'ordine che in un contesto difficile hanno operato con la consueta professionalità. Una situazione resa ancora più tesa per la presenza dei centri sociali, registi occulti dell'occupazione abusiva, che si sono ritrovati sul posto per seminare zizzania, scatenando incidenti». De Corato ha aggiunto che il Comune ha offerto ospitalità ai presunti rifugiati, ma da loro è arrivato un rifiuto. «Milano di certo non può essere il ricettacolo per tutti coloro che sbarcano in Italia. Né può correre dietro a comitive di manifestanti che girovagano per la città pronti a provocare nuove tensioni. Se qualcuno pensa che qui, dove già si spendono 8 milioni all'anno per dare ospitalità a 300 asilanti, sia il Paese di Bengodi, stiamo freschi», conclude il vicesindaco.

rezene, Who do you think should be blamed for that? The victims themselves? Why did these brothers and sisters leave their country? Why are they taking the risk of death in the Libyan Desert, or of getting drown in oceans/seas and eaten by sharks or of getting shot by the Egyptian or Israeli bullets? Is it because they hated their country or are spoiled kids who want to have adventure? HANQIQOM DEOM? The pictures of the scene move the feelings of any human being who has an iota of humanity and conscience. You do not need to be Eritrean to see the root cause of the tragedy. The whole world knows and it is becoming clearer daily. Can you convince the readers that these kids were not forced by the hell into which the brutal regime turned Eritrea?
