Demonstration for Human Rights in Eritrea, The Hague, 18
September 2008
On Thursday 18 September Amnesty International-NL together with MP Joël Voordewind 
visited the Eritrean Embassy in The Hague to demand the immediate release of all
prisoners of conscience in Eritrea. All pictures of the G11 were shown in front of the
Eritrean Embassy together with a door that symbolizes the door of the containers in
Eritrea. The name of the ongoing campaign is : help AI  open the container doors of
Eritrea!
Joel Voordewind is a prominent MP of the Christian Union, one of the parties in the
current coalition government of the Netherlands.
