Human Rights Violations Report 1991-2017 2013/2017 2012 2011 2010 If we had raised our voice when the 1993 protesters were arrested, when the disabled protesters were killed, when the ELF fighters and others were kidnapped from Ethiopia & Sudan, when the Jehovah Witnesses were arrested, when innocent civilians were kidnapped and disappeared from the Western lowland, it would have been difficult for the EPLF/PFDJ to pursue its persecution with such vigor.
